Ryley Gronau

I am an Accredited Practising Dietitian and Accredited Sports Dietitian with a passion for helping people achieve their full potential through practical, evidence-based nutrition.

I specialise in sports nutrition — particularly CrossFit and snowsports — as well as paediatrics, drawing on extensive experience working at Sydney Children’s Hospital.

As both a ski instructor at Perisher and experienced CrossFit athlete of 6 years, I have seen how strategic fuelling directly supports training and recovery. This real-world experience shapes how I guide athletes to perform at their best.

At Peak Potential Dietetics, I focus on making nutrition science clear and actionable. Whether guiding athletes to optimise performance, supporting children with complex medical needs, or helping individuals build sustainable everyday habits, my goal is to provide tailored strategies that empower clients to thrive in health, sport, and life.
